About me

Hello. I'm Ian Alexander. I've written several books about systems engineering, and about our relationship with Nature: "An English Love Affair with Nature" (2015) and five chapters of "West London Wildlife" (2022). I volunteer pretty regularly at my local nature reserve, and otherwise enjoy gardening, cycling slowly by the river, and photographing flowers and insects. But the butterflies and dragonflies I specially love are getting harder and harder to fin.
